Cured in a salt brine with a mix of spices, bay leaf, peppercorns, mustard seed, coriander seed, and whole cloves.

Our premium beef is supplied by some of the best Australian producers, including Cape Grim, Jacks Creek and Pinnacle Beef. All our beef is ethically-raised, grass-fed and free roaming to ensuring the meat is leaner, healthier and always rich in flavour.

This is a cured product and should be cooked within 2 - 6 days of delivery.
